Wisconsin Act 100 was enacted on November 30, 2017. The bill allows for the revival of industrial hemp growing in Wisconsin. Hemp has a longstanding history in Wisconsin and has many facets of use including health foods, body care, clothing, construction materials, and more. Newsmakers: Wisconsin's First Hemp Growing Season

Year 1 for industrial hemp in Wisconsin blindsided some farmers with abnormally wet weather, but profits were still seen. With everything we have learned this first year, a huge majority of the kinks have been worked out. We have streamlined our production practices and are excited to enter year 2, hitting the ground running!
