Pre-Order CERTIFIED Seed for 2022

Before you proceed:

1. Please print (or download) then sign the Non-Propagation agreement found at the bottom of this page.
2. Have a copy of your State or Federally Issued  Industrial Hemp Grower's Licence  available to upload. You can otherwise order from your phone and upload a clear picture of this license for us. 
3. Know the following:

•  the certified seed cultivar you wish to order
•  the number of acres you are planning to plant
• the number of pounds you will be needing

One of our representatives will contact you directly with your invoice given ample time to process your order and we have a copy of both your  growers license and non-propagation agreement.

No seed will be shipped without a valid and legal grower's license,  without a non-propagation agreement received, or  without payment received in-full. 

Below is the non-propagation agreement we will need signed and sent to the Legacy Hemp  representative who will contact you after the completion of your order.
